Crafting a warstaff in ssf has been giga disappointing so far

For some reason, I'm getting a 2h like half the time with investment.
When I do get a 2h, it's some random lowlevel crap or a caster item. Wtf man.

Such a dud system for anything but 6L at this point. Btw, this exact case came up during Necropolis too, please learn from mistakes?

I feel like I got baited into playing.
