Update Mystic Sphynx "Wisdom Scroll Count" Tooltip Indicator

After the current update of "ID ALL" to NPC's such as Helena, the Sphynx makes it look like you are being "charged" say in this example 2x scrolls. The tooltip says "2x Wisdom Scroll", also in the global chat it will say "2 items identified" however, prior to ID'ing the items I had 41 scrolls in my inventory and as you can see in the second screenshot, I still have 41.

TLDR - The tooltip for mystic sphynx is misleading, just remove the "X wisdom scrolls" from under the tooltip icon completely.

Probably better suited for the bug report forum or the art and sound feedback forum. But yeah. Tiresome these paid assets keep ending up not working properly. Pay to lose. In PoE2 the Sphinx wasn't even working for identifying, dunno if it ever was fixed there or not.

If they want it moved, they can move it, to me its more of a general feedback/suggestion.
