Why the hell franfurkt is always dying? seriusly

I mean what is even the point to host frankfurt server at this point? GGG spending money on it, its unfunctional 99%of the time, iam doing act9 harvest for 3th time because disconnect and reset, now i go to milan, but seriusly at this point the frankfurt server can just shut down, its 10ms lower then milan for me, but not with the 30K ms spieks+disconnects
