[Bug Report] Burning Message Graft Skill

It seems the whole skill doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Firstly, without even using a warcry, each geyser shoots more than 1 projectile, and secondly, no matter how many times you warcry, they seem to keep their own steady attack speed even though the skill's description reads "whenever you warcry it shoots bursts of projectiles".
