You guys need to have a moment of self reflection on the balance team

In both games the balance is a complete joke and it's not even saying oh man the balance needs to be homogenous across the entire game but when you release an ability like Kinetic Rain and the entire community has to tell you it's overpowered and then you over react and make it into a completely neutered and useless ability with 20% added damage it just makes you look incompetent. Then your other game has the exact opposite problem where you release the most broken ability in the history of your game. It's hard to make excuses for it.

Fine I overstated that it's "useless" it's actually probably balanced at 20% but the point is when you need to divide the numbers by 10 from your initial product to the output and it took the community to say hey this is broken for you to fix it is nuts. There's probably some broken skill in the game right now that you need to nerf by 80% as well and we just don't know it yet. Idk just feels like balance doesn't matter at all. I'm not talking about homogenizing the whole game I just mean extreme outliers.
This just another data point in the long list of "would have been solved by a PTR".
