Lag Spikes

Trying to fix lag spikes. Followed the MTR and Connectivity Issue Primer.

I believe I ran it on 203.15.120.65
I turned off the steam overlay this morning and things seem to have calmed down a bit. If it starts spiking again I can rerun the program. |
