Wave of Conviction of Tarthus does not work with Runegraft of the Novamark

I believe there's a bug where Wave of Conviction of Tarthus does not work properly with Runegraft of the Novamark.

Based on its description, it should cast on nearby ennemies but it doesn't. Meanwhile, Astral Projection can cast Wave of Conviction of Trarthus at a distance.

I can see that you've swapped your build back to using Astral Projection, so you may have just taken it out, but just to be sure: were you using a Mark skill?
