Loot Filter not showing on drop down menu PoE2

I have a Loot Filter on my correct path but the game won't show it on the drop down menu, note that I did uninstall OneDrive (I mention this since I saw some people mention that it could be a cause, but couldn't get it to work with their guides) is it really necessary to reinstall OneDrive for it to work?
