Crafting bench in standard bugged / text error

I did the recipe for the +1 to minimum power charge craft (it told me to go to sewers).

I then got ~100 map completions all at once but not the recipe.

On the bench it says that I have it and also that it is undiscovered. Meanwhile, the power charge recipe is nowhere.

I just did the map it told me to do for frenzy charge (necropolis) and it gave me the power charge recipe and ~10 other map completions.
