Bug Report ID: #47 967 232: Hollow palm issues with skill compatability.

Text from in game.

Hollow Palm technique:
You count as Dual Wielding while you are Unencumbered.
40% more Attack Speed with Melee Skills while you are Unencumbered.
Adds 14 to 20 Attack Physical Damage to Melee skills per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered.

(You are Unencumbered while you have no Gloves, No Main Hand Item, and no Off Hand Item Equipped)

So I know I count as dual wielding despite having no items in either weapon slot.

I am using Frenzy of Onslaught with this text:
Perform a strike with a melee weapon that gives the character a frenzy charge if it hits. frenzy charges increase your attack speed.

So now I know that I count as having melee weapon since the skill I'm using said "With a melee weapon".

How come I can't use other similar skills?
Like Flicker strike: Teleports to a nearby monster and attacks with a melee weapon...

Or Vigilant strike: Attacks Enemies with a powerful melee strike which grants fortification.... Requires a melee weapon.

There are plenty more examples, but I suppose this will do. I already have a skill that said I'm using a melee weapon, but apparently other skills that requires is doesn't count? Please clarify what Unarmed and Dual Wielding is, and somehow also clarify what skills one is eligible to use. Smite specifies required Unarmed. Infernal blow say "attacks with your weapon" but at the end it also mentions "requires unarmed".
