Failed to Connect to Instance / Unnexpected Disconnection Occured

I have been experiencing issues joining instances very often. It happens when loading new zones, joining other people's hideouts, getting into maps, etc.

When it is an issue of loading to one of the main act hubs/cities, I can get away by changing server and it usually let me load. But when it is joining another people instances, new zones or hideouts, it does not work unless I create a new instance when possible, or the other person creates another instance.

When this happens on maps, I just lose the map.

It's worth mentioning that this happens in both POE1 and POE2. I have done all the troubleshooting as indicated in the forums.

Those are some examples where in the Client log are marked as: "Connect time to instance server was 0ms. Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance".

i just got dc from doing maps in poe2 an iy wouldnt let me back in the instance tried afew times didnt work.Then i tried hitting the hideout or town button wont let in. i tried logging in other characters still nothing please help

ive logged out an logged in, can get to cahracters selection but cant log on to any of abyssal league ones

never mind finally let me back on

Just as an update, I contacted my IPS with all the information, and they allegedly investigated and informed me that the issue is not being caused on their end.

I cant connect to the POE1 Australian server at all. Always "Failed to connect to instance". Have no problems connecting to the other servers for some reason.

Same here.
Can't even trade.
Most sellers are unreachable due to this error.
