Temporal Rift Stopped Working

After the latest season temporal rift stopped functioning. I've toggled it on and off, turned everything else off, reset my passives, changed the button it's assigned to, etc. No luck.

When assigning has it to a button, it's icon doesn't appear on that hotkey unlike everything else. Everything else works fine, and I've had zero issues till this season was released...

It's extremely important for my build, so any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance, friends.
