Act 4 story softlock

While I was playing trough the act 4, the boss of "the search" quest and I have died at the same time (ik it is hard to acheve), waited for the scene to finish or proceed for a while out of curiosity, and got softlocked out of progressing further. Boss enters the death scene, finishes saying "For the saviourrr!" and just catapults out of the screen.

Tried ways to solve problem;
dying and re-entering scene,
quitting to character selection,
closing and opening the game.

Yet the problem persists, seems like it is server side.

Any and every action to help me be able to progress further is appreciated.

By now, it's probably fine.

What you generally want to do if something like this happens is "reset the area" by opening a new instance instead. Return to the previous area, then iirc Ctrl+Click the path the loads you into the new area (puts you into the loading screen) to open the instance manager. You can do this with any campaign area.
