Expedition map won't load

Hello, I encountered this problem. I was playing through the Expedition map, started detonating charges, and suddenly it just crashed with the message "Failed to connect to the area."
I tried changing servers, but it didn't help. I also cleared the DX12 cache and ran a file integrity check, but that didn't help either. Video attached.
It started around 4:30 PM on October 18, 2025. My game nickname is Lotrilka, account ID is saimon__#2616. I want some kind of compensation for the uncompleted content, either 1 Reversal Orb (the price of the magazine), or 100 Rune Shards.

I have the same problem and it started as well for me the same time.. I was perfectly doing maps the whole day.
