Heavy Draw notable not applying as written.

The notable Heavy Draw on the passive tree, 30% increased physical damage with bows, 30% increased damage over time with bows, only applies one of the two 30% increases when calculated for bleed.

The wording implies that bleed should gain 60% increased damage as bleed is physical damage, gaining the 30% increased physical damage, as well as bleed being damage over time, gaining the 30% increased damage over time.

Testing on a character with nothing else allocated and only annointing heavy draw shows the bleeding damage from main hand weapon going from 49.2 to 64.0, an exact 30% damage increase. Implying that the notable does not function as written.

The wording "with bows", like other "with <weapon>" modifiers, implies "Attack Damage". Bleed is not classified as Attack Damage, but Damage over Time.

This sort of distinction regarding Damage over Time is also present on spells that inflict DoTs, with several of those skills having the modifier "Modifiers to Spell Damage apply to this Skill's Damage over Time effect".

For a historical note, these passives didn't originally have the separate line for damage over time, because they didn't need them. Way back when, the base damage over time of poison/bleed/ignite was based on the damage dealt by the hit, so modifiers to attack damage affected the DoTs by increasing the hit's damage.

In the 3.0 patch, double dipping was removed. That patch also added these damage over time modifiers to passives increasing damage with weapons:
"
All weapon passive skill clusters except those for wands and staves now grant some increased Damage with ailments from Attacks.
