Blood Sacrament + Runegraft of the Novamark bug

Blood Sacrament skill (from Relic of the Pact unique wand) is nova skill. But it doesn't work with Runegraft of the Novamark - Blood sacrament still casts around the player, not around Marked target.

P.S. Blood Sacrament works correctly with Astral Projector unique ring, so it has this kind of bug with Runegraft of the Novamark only.

I don't see a fix for this bug even in 3.27 patchnotes. Will it be fixed?
