Level Up with monster level ... Nightmare !
It's already hard to keep a descent level, I mean enought low to try to loot good item !
Why SO MANY enemy on Tidal Island ? Not only Tidal Island !! There's so much everywhere ! If you clean each map, It's clearly not possible to fight with the same level of monster level. Don't clean each map if you want have same level of monster level and you need run, run ... |

Don't be so OCD that you have to kill every monster lol
Also, most people have the general map layouts memorized so they don't waste a bunch of time running around clearing every monster while looking for the exit. on my latest character, all the zones i was in were 4-8 levels higher than me IGN: OldManBalls (Warbands) Last edited by demivion#2965 on May 15, 2013, 6:49:17 PM

The problem is quest !!
You want made Medicine Chest, you must kill some or you risk to die during try to hit the boss. You MUST kill everyone in Fetid Pool for reward. Mud Flats, you can run ! You can run until Flooded Depths. You can run The Ledge, The Rocky Climb and Prisons Part until Brutus. ... Oh, the game is running ? I prefer less enemy but hard to kill to finish with nice boss more than SO MUCH enemy to kill everywhere !! Perhaps can resolve the big latency of last days !!! To be 8 levels than you on act 2 you must be help for the final boss, I think ! On act 3 stay at 4 levels difference, It's really really hard !! |

yeah, I'm not sure what this thread is about, but I was about to post a similar one.
I don't remember when it happened, but at some point I was around 7 levels over every area -- probably all of acts 2 + 3 in normal. kind of ruined it a little, as stuff was probably way easier than it should have been, plus, my understanding is I missed out on a bunch of lootz. I'd suggest rebalancing it a little so characters progress with area levels, or the other way around. |

" That's actually something I never understood about people who try and play aRPGs. The whole point is to go out and collect loot. Why would you not want to go around and explore the maps? You never know when or where a unique or really rare item is going to drop. For example, I ran a group doing Felshire runs, and they were just going from Church Dungeon to the Exit, the XP was sorta quick, but we lost out on a bunch of named monsters, chests, boulders, etc. The next run, someone suggested that we clear the map, and so we did, got a unique gold ring, someone else got a Multistrikes. The XP went much faster too, as there was less loading/wait time. I know random is random, but when you skip all the content, you really aren't giving yourself a chance to get anything random :P |
