Failed to Join Any Instance - Cannot Enter The Forbidden Sanctum

Hello,

While progressing through the campaign today, I encountered a consistent issue where I cannot enter The Forbidden Sanctum. Every time I try, I get the following error message:

"Failed to join any instance"

This happens every single attempt, making it impossible to proceed with this part of the game.

Things I have already tried (none of them worked):

Restarted the game and my PC.

Changed from Fullscreen to Windowed / Windowed Fullscreen before logging in.

Switched between multiple gateways (Frankfurt, Paris, London, etc.).

Forced a new instance using Ctrl + Click on the entrance.

Checked my internet connection (stable, low ping).

I have not tried using a VPN yet, but I would prefer to know if this is currently a known server-side issue before going that route.

Questions:

Is there any ongoing issue with certain gateways or instance servers today?

Could this be related to server crashes or maintenance on your side?

Any official update or workaround would be greatly appreciated, as this makes it impossible to continue the campaign.
