Vaal impurity of ice not working

I collect enough souls, i press vaal impurity of ice, and i dont see buff icon, and tooltip doesnt change also. I am still using purity of ice, but just wanted to get more cold res is some scenarios. vaal impurity of ice literaly do nothing...

The website suggests Breskvicaaaa, a Level 100 Ascendant, was your most recently played character. She does not appear to have the skill gem Vaal Impurity of Ice equipped.

yes i switched vaal purity of ice 21 20 to purity of ice 21 23, cause vaal version didnt work

Which res isnt going up? According to PoB you dont have enough lightning resist to reach 90% so if you are looking at your lightning resist its going to be stuck at 78 unless you get 12% more lightning res.

i have 348% overcap cold res, when i press vaal impurity of ice i get same 348%. maybe you cant have purity of ice and impurity of ice active at the same time?

Impurity of ice just gives you more max cold res. It doesnt give you any actual cold resist.

PoB import issue, have to manually allocate the clusters for Introspection, which boosts Purity of Elements.
