Hydrosphere spell totem life gain on hit for player bug

While i was testing out Hydro Sphere totems with Cybil's Paw Equipped I noticed both me and my totems gaining life on spell hit, I'm not sure if this is an intended interaction. with further testing it's also occurring with Orb Of Storms And Void Sphere, I allocated Zealot's Oath to confirm it was in fact life on hit and not life regen and the results are the same.
