Cannot Active Life Flask At All

As title said I am playing PF with Master Surgeon and usually I can just press life flask whenever I want to. But today after I login and go into map at about 10:00 PM (GMT +7) I notice my life flask won't activate at all no mater what I tried.

Here are the list of what I have tried.
1) Change keybind for life flask > Not Working
2) Try to activate blood rage to make sure its not full life issue > Not Working
3) Try Change life flask to another flask slot > Not Working
4) Try relog > Not Working
5) Try hard restart > Not Working

So I can safely assume that
1) Its surely not my hardware issue
2) Probably not full life issue unless something was fixed while I was logout

Life flasks are not usable on full life unless an interaction specifically enables that. If you were previously able to do so, you either replaced the flask, rerolled the flask, or refunded a Flask Mastery.

You're now using a life flask that applies > 100% of its recovery to minions;



That modifier could permit flask usage at full life, but I believe you need one or more minions for that to be the case. A cursory glance at your character's profile on the website suggests that you don't.

Could you post a video of the issue with Blood Rage in effect?

Thanks for the reply! I accidently fix it while recording haha. So what happened was in the map where I couldn't press life flask my merc die which prevent the flask to be activated at full life (Since I'm not using any minion and only use the flask to heal merc). Merc count as minions for that flask affix?

Huh. Hadn't know that. I wouldn't be surprised if QA squash that interaction in a patch...
