ships disappearing

Hi,

I sent out 3 ships yesterday evening shortly before i logged out. When i logged back in today, there were no returned ships. Its as though the ships never sailed. I thought it happened earlier in the day, but i chalked that up to my mistake. I sent this shipment out partly to see if there is an issue. Appreciate if someone can check this out. thanks

if you had the gold, and you have 3 manned ships......then you simply didn't press the button to send them.

I've see a lot of people say they think sometimes the shipment just disappeared. I've noticed it happening as well. Usually where I think I've sent 3 ships and only 2 go. Whether it is happening or not I'm not sure, I've seen no recorded evidence of them going missing. There is posts of people saying they disappear on bug forum, during settlers and likely more recently.
