Question about tempering orb interaction with unique item explicit.

i have a question about the interaction of tempering orbs or even tailoring orbs with unique explicits.
For example if a ephemeral edge has the enchantment "8% increased Explicit Lightning Modifier magnitudes" would it increase the explicit "Lightning Damage equal to (10-15)% of Player's Maximum Energy Shield"?

No, this modifier isn't classified as a lightning one.
