catalyst to enhance the quality in legacy item

Good morning, I'd like to know if I use a catalyst to enhance the quality of the legacy Defiance of Destiny item. Will it improve in the legacy format, or will it update to the new Gain (10-20)% of Missing Unreserved Life before being Hit model and then improve, making it worse than it is today.
I couldn't find any information about this item or any legacy item as it interacts with the catalyst. I hope you can help me. Thank you. Last bumped on Jul 30, 2025, 11:07:52 AM

catalyst only affect quality, not the raw mod value of explicit mod

Would this apply to all legacy items?
In other words, the catalytic effect on a legacy item like Defiance could reach 42% if the item is designed to be that way. |
