Dunes drops Tower card even though Defiled Cathedral was Scry'd

so i had a Tower Map scry'd upon Dunes before and then i have overwritten the scry by Defiled Cathedral. now i've ran like 60 Dunes and a Nurse divination card dropped for me for some reason. i looked where it dropped but there was no diviner strongbox or any strongbox because im running harbingers and strongboxes.
so i wanted to report this as a bug because i might not be able to drop any apothecary divination cards.
