Mana Regeneration severely reduced for no reason (3.918.687.835)

As you can see in the image, my Mana Regeneration should be 24 per second. However, in this map, it is significantly slower than that, somewhere around 8 per second.

I do not leech in any way, and there are no other effects interacting with my mana. Does the max leech mod mess with it by making the max leech negative? I do not know.

Your screenshot shows an active Eldritch Altar, but you’ve not clarified which modifiers it is imposing.
