Ping Spikes at 5s intervals

I've been having these for the past 3 weeks, I have confirmed they are at a node between myself and the server. I have tried a VPN but it still puts me through this problem node. It is only happening with POE servers and it doesn't matter where I connect through US east, Canada east, Europe. I still get the spikes making the game unplayable. Is there anything I can do?

Same thing here, after recent patch as soon as I start mapping ping spikes through the roof. CPU and GPU show same stats as in HO.

I fixed it, set Options>Game>Networking Mode> Predictive Auto was causing the issue.
