Crimson Iron deposit generation bug

I had a Crimson Iron deposit in a Laboratory map, where all the corrupted growths were generated INSIDE the deposit itself, making it impossible to hit them.

This appears to be similar to a bug where sometimes natrually spawned monsters of the map are trapped inside a crimson iron deposit.
