my char lost all damage from 1 chap to next
and if i go back still no damage

You equipped your character with the Dawnstrider unique boots.

These boots support a socketed Slam with Earthbreaker, so you can summon a totem to use the skill for you. It also gives your character the Ancestral Bond keystone: you can summon an additional totem, but you cannot deal damage yourself.
