What are the League Mechanics best paired up with RITUAL?

So I have been struggling to determine which league mechanic I should pair with Ritual and have been looking it up all over the internet but I just can't find the right answer.

Some would say Breach is not good League Synergy with Ritual, or some would say strongboxes are good as they are "always good" and then some guy would say strongboxes is a no no and should prioritize Legion with Ritual and Shrine

I just want to know What is and what is not good for ritual and which ones are more beneficial :<

If you open strongboxes and kill monsters within the Ritual's AoE before you play that ritual, does the extra mob count boost the tribute? If that's still teh case, play Strongboxes with it. Shrines will almost always pair with anything you want to play so if that adds to the fun factor, add shrines. Add a mechanic you find fun. That's really it.
