quest skill points

So I am now lvl 98 and it is looking like I am missing a skill point, specifically from act 7 Web of Secrets. I was supposed to get this book of skill from Silk but I guess I did not and he dies in act 7 so I cannot find him anywhere. Am I just out of luck and my build will always be one skill point short? I feel like this is wrong somehow. Makes me not want to play the build anymore knowing its nerfed by 1 point.

Edit: Just checked ingame and Silk only gives the Obsidian Key as reward, not a skill book.
