Can't use any skill

I recently power levelled to a what I thought was a comfortable Fross switch level. Only problem I'm a nub and when I switched over I cant use any skills. No matter what skill I equip I cant use it. What am I missing? Thanks for helping a lonely nub out Last bumped on Jul 20, 2025, 2:36:29 PM

Yeah thats why I post attribute ss. My attributes are very high for level 1 skill gems
