online filter not work

only local filter can be found and chosen

I’m able to access online Loot Filters such as NeverSink-4verystr-softcore using the Steam client on Win11 without issue. It’d help a lot if you’d provide more information (e.g. an example of an affected loot filter; which client you use; any troubleshooting performed, etc.) as I’m not sure where troubleshooting would even begin based on such a vague post.

I'm PC client without steam.
This issue begin in early July.
My local OnlineFilters folder is empty, which had 6 filters before (NeverSink's).
I'm still following these filters, and I tried unfollow and follow, and restart client, doesn't work.

Would you mind if I asked you for the full filepath of the OnlineFilters directory?

e.g. on my PC it's C:\Users\John\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\OnlineFilters

C:\Users\myname\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\OnlineFilters

And it's also the path which open in the game option's open filter path:
C:\Users\myname\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile\

Where are you from? Maybe it's regional thing.
