Can't consistently reproduce.

One General and the line of monsters on the General's line are immune in Legion. Cannot break them out. This has happened in Glacier.

Using 3 Legion Scarabs, 1 Legion Scarab of Officers, and 1 Legion Scarab of Eternal Conflict.

Additional info. Just as I posted this I ran another few maps (Glacier) and in the 3rd map, a single rare was immune at the back line of one army. So doesn't seem related to the Generals, more to the position of the monster.
