Circle of regret ring 3 to 1 vendor recipe not working

Circle of regret synthesized rings for some reason the vendor recipes 3 to 1 stopped working, it doesn't matter if they are identified, have the same number of implicits, or the same properties in the explicits, I tried all possible options for selling these rings to the vendor, but I couldn't make a recipe, my friends who tried to do this also encountered this problem.
