Blight pathing into blockade on City Square

So i just started a City Square Map and was wondering why the Blight i've started isnt ending.

The Mobs are stuck in a Blockade they spawned in. they can't be damaged by skills and throwing my fire traps into the block with "always attack without moving" causes the traps to not explode. ... Also causes a short lag i try to attempt using skills into this pack.
