Dream within a dream not triggering when conditions are met

While farming maps to get "dream within a dream" it wasnt working even whith multiple unique map drops. including mao kun, oba's cursed cove, and 2 twisted distant memories. They droped on both poorjoy's asylum, and caer blaidd, wolfpack's den. i've tried both t15 and t16 maps, as well as with and without voidstones. Nothing has made the achievement trigger.

word brother i have posted a bug report about the same issue a week ago (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3797722). this needs looking at, definitely very annoying
