Enduring cry from Mercenary not affected by warcry cd

It seems that when annointed nodes as deep breaths or getting boots implicit for enduring cry cooldown recovery rate. It does not affect the rate at which the mercenary will use the warcry.

I have also noticed that enduring cry does not give a buff granting life recovery to the player.


Seems the skill is also not affected by generic cooldown recovery rate from gear.

It doesnt but one work around is get one point in endurance charge duration and your mercs enduring cry will go off again before your charges fall off. Good for bosses if you are to lazy to press enduring cry like me.
