Loading Bug

Hello,
I'd like to report a bug that has been happening to me for a while now.
every now and then I encounter a Freeze during loading between an Instance and another like traveling through waypoints or changing areas.
At first i thought it was just a long time loading screen because my laptop specs were low but then i figured that while loading and while opening the performance metrics, i Find that the network and drive goes to 0. that is how i know i encounter the bug and i have to close the game and reopen it again or i will be stuck in the loading screen forever.
note that: i tried to uninstall the whole game and redownload it again ( I am using steam).
Can you help me in fixing this bug as it is ruining my gaming experience with the game?

Same situation. Idk what to do, every 5-6 maps i can't enter map, and disconnect to login screen. GGG help PLS! already 3rd day that problem continue .

Been my issue since leaguestart. Near Philadelphia using FIOS on Washington but tried multiple gateways they all have this issue. What ISPs are you guys using? Would love to narrow this down if possible. If I wait long enough, it'll load me into an instance with thousands of ping. No idea what the issue could be, maybe routing from my ISP but they've been the same for 5 years playing POE without issue.
