[Betrayal] Safehouse intelligence suddenly lost

After I did the Transportation encounter, I've unlocked the safehouse via the node Lethal Extraction by executing one member.

When I did the last encounter (Research), progress to the Transportation safehouse was reverted to 90%, as if I have had way too many Betrayal encounters without visiting the safehouse.

Both these Betrayal encounters happened after I've killed the boss, so I don't really expect some foul play from the old functionality of the node, but I guess that's up to you to find out.

I believe this was the second time this happened to me this league, first time I wasn't sure I didn't miss the safehouse inbetween the maps so I didn't fill out the bug report.

I have also ran into this issue, though I have not seen it happen in the past couple of days. However, as a result of that issue, I started opening safehouse portals in the maps when there is enough space so I don't have to wait longer to run a safehouse if I randomly lose intelligence and cannot run it by the time I am finished with the map.

A good portion of the time there is not enough space to open the portals in a map though, depending on where Jun or the members are standing around obstacles.

When opening safehouse portals in maps, Intervention can also pop immediately after if they are in the map and you did not defeat them yet. When Intervention does this, it deletes all of the intelligence for the safehouse you just opened and you cannot run it at all, so you just lose the safehouse completely for that round.

It would be nice if Intervention did not pop the instant you finish research, transportation, or fortification because it just messes things up and they do it every single time, immediately after you're done they are on top of you, every time.
This is happening to me consistently since I started doing betrayal today.

In my opinion it has always been like that. If you had reached 100% and had another syndicate encounter in the same map, it could happen that the 100% fall back to less than 100%. Just like I often lost one of the 3 encounters when I switched to my hideout in the meantime. I have always been suspect.
