POE Trade not letting me Direct Whisper anyone.

As the Title says, I have tried logging out, logging back on, clearing my caches, I even reinstalled the game because I am in a new computer today. When doing a search I have a couple of seconds where it appears I can click on direct whisper, but as soon as my mouse hovers over it, it'll grey out and display a red circle with a note indicating that the item must be refreshed. This has been happening since yesterday and I haven't been able to make any trades because of this.

Any help would be appreciated!
