Singapore realm connectivity issues

Been having stability issues to the Singapore realm (sometimes to JP and AUS as well but I'm mainly on SG). Latency spikes from 10 to 1k+ randomly, making the game unplayable. Occurs daily from around 8pm-2am GMT+8. Noticed this during the first couple of weeks of Settlers as well.

this been going on for many years
the problem likely lies on their SG server provider
unless they change the provider, it wont fix
everyday around 8pm-1am , the ping will go spike and go crazy at random

Been having the same issues from the start of the league.

Lag spikes occur frequently for random periods of time.

Server disconnection issues are also more common.

Have only encountered this issue on the SG server

for the love of god please replace the provider for SG realm, it's freaking incompetent, the stuttering and ping spikes is insane.
