Scarab atlas skills not working?

I have Trade Embargo on my skill tree. It says "Scarabs found in your map cannot be Expedition Scarabs". Boss just dropped one. Pretty sure that is happening with other similar skills as well.

" This only applies to naturally dropping scarabs. Any scarabs from scarab reward icons, drop X scarabs, flat chance to drop scarab from final map boss, etc all should do respect the block passives. |
