Banner Skill Buffs Instantly Dispelled During Mercenary Encounters

During encounters with the Mercenary faction, when I choose to fight them, all Banner skill buffs are immediately dispelledas soon as I use anyBanner skill. This is a severe bugthat has caused my character to die multiple times.
