Itemfilter not syncing with website

I have played since first hours of league and my itemfilters been working fine. i havent changed anything in settings neither pc or game. When i started a new game session around 12 hours ago it appeared to that all my filters dissapeared from game settings. It shows only "none" or "default". I tried creating new through poe website. Tried through filterblade-neversink. Tried following popular filters on site. Tried checking game files. Tried reinstalling game. Even tried launching poe2 for a while and then getiing back to poe1 (read that it helps someone on reddit).
Thing is i'm playing from working PC, so i'm not able download filters itself to mygames folder. That's why im using only synchronised through website.
