network issues going over 9000

when doing a map instance in a map on a unique location for a boss gaunlet.

i was on the third fight and then my network goes from 12 to 9000+ in a matter of a few seconds and i crash then i loose the level i just recieved prior, i loose the high grade map i used in there, loose all the items and funds i gathered in the map and i get bounced back to the log in screen to go back in to nothing and the unique map and event gone from the location.
