Steam validating

Seems there is a issue with the South Africa server update ,Every time I start up steam POE1 needs to validate ,after validating (15min) then when logging in it gives a error of game out of date 3-5 times, then logs in ,a lot of South African players are having the same Issue ,Uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't fix the Issue

Replying to maybe help boost this. Same thing happening to me also on the SA server
