Can't connect to any instance

Whenever I log in to the game I have no problems signing in or selecting my character.

However I cannot enter any instance, it just refuses to load. In the rare instances that it loads my ping starts climbing from 1000s to 100k-200k after that I just alt-f4 and try again.

I used to play it with a buttery smooth stable 50ms to Frankfurt server a few days ago, now I cannot even connect to an instance.
