Goblin Troupe - the bane of town audio

The last thread I found talking about this was archived, so I'm starting a new one. PLEASE make either an option to turn down/off this particularly obnoxious MTX or make it so only the person who has Goblin Troupe equipped can hear it. I'm not against other players being able to listen to it, but ever since it's been added to the game I find myself constantly being aggravated by it. It's just one of those things like nails on a chalkboard, and it causes a physically uncomfortable reaction every time I hear it. So please GGG, give us a way to not have to deal with the Goblin Troupe audio anymore. Especially since there are people who literally only equip it to piss other people off. Is that really the type of person to cater to? Someone who wants to deliberately make other's play experience worse? I don't think so.

Yes. Also the option to mute NPC's audio, such as The Envoy.

Audio options, tiny radius, or just straight delete this annoying piece of shit MTX (and offer its owners a choice of replacement MTX's for the same price). Stop the abuse! |

Windblown, an isometric roguelike, already innately has features that let you hide teammate effects and sounds so it doesn't cluster up the game.
Path of Exile should take notes. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! Part of the issue is noise griefers AFKing while their bands annoy everyone in town. If I had been a musician involved in creating a town ambiance track, I would be insulted that this auditory garbage polluted my work.
One solution? Make the Goblin Troupe effect require an active command to play, with a reasonable cooldown. Make the MTX trolls work for their jollies. ='[.]'= =^[.]^= basic (happy/amused) cheetahmoticon: Whiskers/eye/tear-streak/nose/tear-streak/eye/

if someone with goblin troupe accepts my invite for a trade and shows up in my hideout I kick them from the party and alt-f4. They're not getting whatever they're trying to buy
