Rollbacks have cost me all my currency

Hi, PoE2 is my first ARPG, and it's been love at first sight. I at it every day, for five to 10 hours. Recently though, Ive been struggling to justify continuing my adventures. Recently I spent the majority of my currencies on waystones and precursor tablets, as well as many, many hours setting up to make high rarity maps to finally get myself a Rite of Passage charm off trade site, as my gear has no rarity mods, and mapping is very slow and tedious without one. However, every time I get a high value drop, without fail, the server is rolled back, and I lose all my drops, the map, and the waystones used to access the map, which has left me feeling very sad and frustrated. I tried making a ticket, but all I got was an automated response telling me to post my issue on this thread, as there is currently no active staff that can assist me. This feels like a huge slap in the face, especially after Ive dropped hundreds of dollars on both cosmetics, and founders packs to support what I thought was a well meaning game development team that cared about their playerbase. I replied to the ticket response, asking if I could be refunded for my many in game purchases, as I feel my time is being wasted by a game that is actively trolling me at this point, and I'm being told too bad, there is nothing that you can do. I received no reply

If you change zone (e.g. travel to Hideout) after looting something, you won't be able to lose it. No need to stash it or anything; you just need to complete the loading screen.

The game's master servers are in Texas, and the instance servers you play on periodically sync with them. Syncs are triggered by e.g. leveling up or changing zone. If you forcibly trigger a sync, subsequent instance crashes can only result in data loss as far back as that moment.
Thank you for offering me some actually useful advice and information about my issue. It won't bring back all my lost currency, and it is disappointing that I had to resort to joining a forum thread to have this issue addressed though. What is a ticket system for, when there is no active staff moderating the system yk. However, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my tired and frustrated rant.
